Age: 23 years and 2 years of licences, the permit must be presented at the establishment of the contract.  

The damages of the car are covered only on production of an official proof of accident within 24 hours.  

The steal or degradation of the vehicle must be reported to the police station with the keys. Without the documents the police will give you, we will require the full payment of the damage by the client.

Personal effects are not covered.  

If you are responsible of an accident you will have to pay the fees as well as the towing and all fees relative to the incident.  

The customer is responsible for his vehicle on road and parking.  

For  payments done after the 1^st of June,  all bookings for the months of June, July, August and September must be done by Western Union, the bank payment delay being too long (15 days to 20 days).

The booking is made by sending of 30 % of total rental by bank transfer or Western Union on behalf of El Mostafa IDHAF. The rest of the quote is due on the date of delivery.  

Damage to the wheels and tyres, rolling flat of tyres, deterioration, steals, accessories, acts of vandalism, mechanical damage due to a bad use of the vehicle, P.V., looting evil shocks evaluated by the driver, trees, ponceaux, doors, tunnel etc... will be charged.  

Additional insurance are reimbursed in the case of premature delivery of vehicles.   Payment: In cash (Dirhams or foreign currency).

The payment by credit card leads to bank charges which have to be paid by the client.  

Fuel is the responsibility of the client.  

The service is calculated per 24 hours, not fractional.  

The settlement of the vehicle rental is requested at the reception of the vehicle and is not refundable in case of premature termination of your trip.
